If an event, dance class, or workshop is cancelled by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a rescheduled date, where applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation by You

Bookings for events, dance classes, and workshops are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the relevant event or class page.

Refund requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled date may be considered at our discretion, minus any non-recoverable fees. Refunds are generally not available within 7 days of the scheduled date. Failure to attend (no-shows) is not eligible for a refund.

Digital Products & Online Content

Digital products may include pre-recorded video content, online classes, downloadable materials, training resources, or access to digital events.

Digital products and online content are non-refundable once access has been granted or delivery has begun, unless the content was not delivered due to a technical issue or was materially different from its description.

Merchandise
